We are delighted to be able to invite you to the opening evening of our last exhibition of Face to Face at General Office in Stourbridge on Friday 31st August 7.00pm – 9.00pm. It would be lovely to see you talk about the project, introduce you to the outcomes and hopefully inspire you to take part in a future project.
General Office in Stourbridge will be presenting our collaborative collection of works made during the face to face project in a unique way. Additional works, videos, presentations and talks are all part of our final exhibition of this ever evolving project. Our final exhibition gives a real insight into the initial inspiration of the original theme. The notion of artists working in isolation should not be divided by geographical boundaries, culminating in a talk by Martin Wall on Penda, Anglo Saxon King of Mercia, Sunday 8th September at 2.00pm (only £5 per person). Please contact General Office in advance to book your ticket, see poster below for details.
Face to Face book which documents the project month by month, with artists’ responses and reflections on their work and their involvement in the project will also be available from General Office during the exhibition. Otherwise available from ArtistsWorkhouse, email: artistsworkhouse@outlook.com
