Emma Safe, Study of Acrobats, charcoal on paper, 59 x 84cm, 2016

Saturday September 9th

With Artist Emma Safe

Don’t expect anything to stay still for long! An opportunity to extend your life drawing practice, working from a (clothed) moving model. Warming up, tumbling, dances in air, capture the essence of movement working from a live acrobat-performer. An exciting way to loosen up your drawing approach and give new energy to your work – should be great fun.

Suitable for anyone with some previous experience of drawing the figure. Please bring your own drawing materials.

The workshop will take place in the historical Studley Parish Centre, Old Vicarage Gardens, Studley, B80 7SG, just a few yards from ArtistsWorkhouse.
